R & L Computer Services, LLC was chartered in the State of Louisiana in May 2002 as a Limited Liability Company. It is owned and operated by Ross and Linda Ratcliff of Jonesville, LA. We provide a full range of computer services including new computer sales, repairs, upgrades, networking, clerical, instruction, and Web Design. We provide support to many businesses, government agencies, and individuals in Louisiana. Ross is a Microsoft Certified Professional as well as CompTIA A+ certified. CompTIA is an organization that sets the standard for computer technicians throughout the world. He is also certified by The Louisiana Radio and Television Technician's Board-Computer Division. He retired from the USAF after 20 years of service as an air traffic controller. He was an instructor for Louisiana Technical College in Winnsboro where he taught computer repair night classes. Ross and Linda were both born and raised in this area. Linda is the office manager and handles much of the technical support when he is out on service calls. Linda has been working with computers for ten years and is well versed in software and technical support. George is our lead technican. He is currently CompTIA A+, Network+, and iNet+ Certified. He attended Louisiana Technicial College Shelby M. Jackson Campus in Ferriday, Louisiana. There ,under the instruction of Charlie Seale, he received numerous hours of training and industry certifications. Norma is our receptionist and has extensive knowledge of computers having attended Louisiana Technical College, Shelby M. Jackson campus in Ferriday.
